Nature Calm worked wonders for us!! I started at 3x the suggested bottle dosage and graduated down. We mixed it in to PlumSmart juice (can buy that in any juice aisle).

My daughter has encopresis and has been taking a cap of mirilax a day for almost

a year. Per the doctors order. I'd like to give her a different medecine but not

sure what to switch too.
