IT IS FRAUDULENT.

What's stopping us from getting an intelligent disability lawyer to do

a class action suit? Why are we harassed /denied for our illness? We

didn't get to PICK the one that wasn't approved political list.

I know I am sick of this crap. After doing this for ten years it seems

like we think we are almost there and then something like this comes

out. I think it is definitly fraud, criminal. And I also don't see why

there isn't a lawyer that will do something. I handled a lawsuit by

myself for a year and had the evidence, Dr. Johannings report, plus all

my other doctors and because I couldn't get a local lawyer the judge

threw out my case in 2000. I even had a NY lawyer to jump on my case

at the time. Can't even remember his name right now. Delaware is a

difficult state to have a case because so many corporations are

incorporated here. I can barely stand it anymore between the chemical

issue, mold issue and the lack of doctors that didn't understand the

yeast issue back then. After a while you get tired of going to doctors

and moving. Sorry just disgusted. This is definitly discrimination

against our illness and these reports just set us up for more abuse by

the system and people that don't understand.

So once again...what is being said is: everyone that does not have

Cancer or Aids..has a strong immune system? (BS)

Only those with weak ammune systems can breath in enough toxins to

make them sick? (BS)

DO THE REAL TESTS COWARDS! have a lab grow out several types

of " Toxic Molds " and then YOU stay exposed day after day, confined

for 8, 10 ,12 hours 5 days a week... or 24 hrs as if you were in a

home, doing the domestic REAL JOBS... instead of continually telling

the people that are sick ... It's in their heads! You People who

write these reports are truly the mentally ill! And continuing to

report FALSE INFORMATION, makes you a criminal, just as if you were

to pull the trigger of a gun in a liquor store or bank roberry. As

I've said before.... BLOOD ON YOUR SOULS! and you FAMILIES as well

for aiding and abeting and harboring criminals!

I learned the hard way that with fungal sinusitis, not everything can

be found in print form. It takes a lot of googling to even find one

piece of evidence to prove that mold spores can cause sinusitis (in

many cases).

And then it takes a certain kind hearted doctor to try something else

other than antibiotics.

Without doing much research that's what doctors will prescribe:

antibiotics and then steroids. OR THEY WILL DENY THAT IT'S FUNGAL

BASED. Of course they could care less if you take steroids for life.

But if it's truly fungal sinusitis, it won't respond to it. What is

needed is an anti-fungal medication and a lot of experimenting.
