We've been using the Jarrow Yum-Yum dophilus that has L-Acidophilus, L

plantarum, B bifidum, and B lactus. It also has xylitol, cellulose, stearic

acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, beet root color and citric acid.

Has anyone ever compared this to the Kirkman for efficacy?
