Guest guest
First, I am SO glad you prevailed in your case. You are right. The detailed testimony would have been devastating to the other side due to your vigilance with detailed records. It is always helpful. Second, I am happy to hear you will continue to assist your co-workers. That " giving back " will reap you many blessings. Not everyone has what it takes to take on the big lions. You can lead the others out of the storm. Good for you! Third, glad what you read on this board assisted you...but most importantly, you never trade your health for a paycheck! --- In , Missy Gluckmann <mopsyj77@...> wrote: > > Dear sickbuilding list friends, > While I don't know any of you face to face, your > comments and questions on this list have been > extremely helpful. > Three years ago, I was exposed to stachy and some > other horrific molds while working at Rockland > Community College (RCC) in Suffern, NY. Guest guest
- This is wonderful news in a time that has made your life miserable. I have a court case coming up next week, its just a 5 grand civil case against my landlord and we have such little hope of winning. My doctor found the stacy in my blood but when my landlord did testing she didnt find it in the house even thoght the house was a mold fest, one room was due to a leaking toilet bowl from her her upstairs apartment. yuck. the others were from improperly installed windows. i have been though hell like everyone else here. lost everything and just hope the NYC judges can understand this kind of thing. best of luck in your future. roe
Guest guest
Congratulations on your victory! I have my case coming up soon, and hardly expect anything (6 years later). I have lost confidence in the civil justice system, but your experience gives me hope! Judi
Guest guest
-Best of luck to you-we consulted with 5 different lawyers and the last one told us that our evidence was inadmissable in our county so unfortunatley we gave up to the tune of approx. $40,000 after all was tested said and done-it quite the bummer!!! -- In , " roe " <roe0325@...> wrote: > > - > > This is wonderful news in a time that has made your life miserable.
