As I said I'm pretty ignorant of weather patterns in other parts of the US. I just had a few people warn me off because of humidity issues? I haven't traveled much, so it would be nice to see something other than California for a change. I have a timeshare that I haven't even used yet, except once to take the kids to Disneyland (I bought it about 6 mo's before we got my MIL) so it's been wanding through my mind that I could actually extend some time by trying to rent a condo through my timeshare company.
