Guest guest
Hi, Menilow. I am not doing testing yet, for bs. What I am doing is counting the number of carbs for each meal. The diabetes class I just completed, told us to aim for 45 carbs, per meal, plus 15 for bedtime snack. I am getting closer and closer to that. Today, I got word from Amazon that my copy of Dr. Berstein's book, was shipped. So, by the middle of next week, I will be reading that, too. Guest guest
Sheila, Regardless of any counting you are doing, you need to be testing. Each of our bodies can still react differently to foods, regardless of their carb counts. Until you know how your body reacts to the foods you eat most commonly, you really do need to be testing regularly. Re: Tomato Juice and Tortillas? (was:Anotherquestion......) Hi, Menilow.
