Guest guest
le, Sounds yummy. This is my favorite mold free recipe. I ate this by the gallons when at my sickest. Sharon K. * 5 heads of garlic, unpeeled, sliced in half * 3 cups chicken stock * 3 cups water * 1 boned, whole chicken breast * salt and pepper * 1/2 cup julienned carrots * 1/2 cup julienned green onions * minced cilantro Bring stock and water to a boil. Add garlic, chicken, then reduce heat and gently simmer for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat stock to a boil, then remove garlic and puree. Remove and shred the chicken finely. Add them back in along with the carrots, green onion and cilantro. Simmer again for about 15 minutes. **************Gas prices getting you down?
