Guest guest
On SCDiet my boys eat quite a bit of meat and some veggies. They eat almost no fruit due to yeast issues and cannot tolerate the nut flours or nut butters. As a result of being SCD, they are not able to eat potatoes or rice. But I feel this is causing high levels of ammonia. Anyone have suggestions on how to lower ammonia? Should we abandon SCD? My biggest concern on leaving SCDiet for GF/CF is yeast. Any suggestions?Dana and Garrett, just turned 4, SCD 2 yearsCeliac, ASD, Speech and Motor Apraxia, sensory processing disorder
