Guest guest
You're welcome! I noticed within a few days and really started to see a benefit within about two weeks or so. You have to play around with the dose though. If you have really high cortisol levels you have to take more than is recommended on the bottle. What works for me is to take some about 20 to 30 minutes before each meal. Everybody is different though. It really helps me to sleep. Without it, I would be up all night. I use it with melatonin and it works really well. It's even more effective than taking melatonin alone. > > Thanks I just ordered some. Did you see an improvement right > away? Guest guest
I can't wait to get mine in the mail! I can't sleep that good now either. Did you also have some aches & pains? I do have some occasionally. Do you know how long you are going to take it for? I'm just wondering if this is something we have to take for a long time. Steph > > > > Thanks I just ordered some. Guest guest
No aches and pains just severe insomnia. I think I will probably have to take it for the rest of my life. > > > > > > Thanks I just ordered some. Did you see an improvement > right > > > away? Guest guest
I have the insomnia too. Do you know if the aches and pains are from being hypo or from having high cortisol? Guest guest
I believe most body aches are from low thyroid. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
