Guest guest
Many ways to address constipation have been discussed on this site. We are all so different and what works for one, may not work for another. Trial and error and a basic respect for the human body is paramount. Take what sounds reasonable to you as a mother and implement one change at a time and document it. It is also important to recognize that the body changes based upon its unique needs. The ability to adapt is necessary in caring for the human body. As a nurse, the basic rule of thumb for each human body to work properly is 'what goes in must come out'. New mothers are taught this from the first day of their baby's birth. Honoring and respecting this basic physiological function requires monitoring. Safe intervention is what I IMPLORE of all medical professionals when caring for others. Negligence and IGNORANCE currently abounds! We must be the change agents.
