bad with foods? help

i am currently having a underlying reaction to one of the foods i am eating..i

have narrowed it down. lemon juice? cross reacting seasonal foods (celery and

birch)? coconut oil. I know i know everyone says coconut oil is great for the

thyroid and health but for some reason when i eat it i can't stop-like my body

is addicted. though if i eat more than 1 TBS at a time i seem to gag it up and i

feel sick for many hours after. any help here would be good :)
