Guest guest
BUT, i am still having symptoms. when i stayed by my daughters house i was getting better. by the second week i wasnt waking up with swollen eyes. i need some more advice. i have all new ikea furniture in my room. i have hardwood floors. the only things from my old apartment are: my computer/printers/keyboards - i cleaned inside and out with a hepa vac and peroxide. these items were in ground zero of the mold problem. i also have an old fashiond tube TV and cable box. i spayed them down with peroxide and used a hepa vac. i TV stand that i saturated with peroxide. front back and inside. i keep my air purifier on with some kind of ultra violet light on 24/7. the other night it was too cold to keep the air purifier on, and i woke up like i never left mold hell. my eyes were swollen, i was tired and felt awful - depressed and with no hope that this will ever get better. my question is this. am i still sick from the stachy? are my computer and tv contaminated beyond repair? my PCU was under the water leak where most of the mold was found and i built the computer, i usually just keep the side open and it also has monster fans on the back that probalby pulled in a lot of bad air. I agree with everyone that the books have to go, (breaks my heart). i cant give up my photos (we are talking about - my mom and grand mother and grandfather all dead and all my kids and grandkids) they are going into tight fitting plastic boxes never to be opened around me again. jeeze - its like a fire. no one else in the house has the kind of severe reaction to this like i do. and i am not allergic to it. i just cant explain. can someone here explain it?? my lyme dr. seems to think that its as simple as leaving all the mold behind - but after three weeks - symptoms are returning. whats going on? thanks for reading this and any advice.
