I know we talked about saunas here in regards to detoxing through the

skin, about different types of saunas, so thought I would add this

experience.

Recently working around the house, I put on a Tyvec suit to protect my

skin and clothes from exposure to allergens and perhaps any mold I

might encounter in cleaning up something as well as plastic disposable

gloves and although I am not a 'sweater', as some here also said,

within no time, without much physical exertion I was sweating

profusely, even including my hands, so if you can't afford to buy a

sauna machine, might try doing your household chores in a tyvec suit (

and showering right afterwards)........if you can take it!!!! They

sell them at hardward stores like Home Depot, about 10-12 bucks each

but just one size. Online you can buy mulitple ones in smaller

sizes..mine is big. I have to bunch it up and tie with a belt to work

in it.

If you do it, wear all cotton things underneath to protect tyvec suit

so you can use it more than once. turn it inside out to dry out if it

got damp. My suit didn't get wet but my clothes were.
