Guest guest
Some of you know that I have 2 houses infested with mold. really sucks I'm liveing in a tiny apartment. anyway, so these 2 homes are in different countys. I put together the testing done on each and some other info. and sent it to each county to try to get the taxes drop.ine county lowered the taxes big time almost to nothing but the other county hardly lowered theirs at all stateing it was still woth alot of money and the city assesor tried telling me mold couldn't hurt anyone. now before it was realized that mold was in the walls of the forst house, my sister talked me into saleing it because I couldn't take care of it anymore because of my health problems(the judge victorian) I went to the bank to see whay my options were and they agreed that if I found somewhere they would wait until I sold the victorian to pay whatever down on the second place. to make the story short, I'm still the owner of 2 mold infested homes that the bank has refused to forclose on because they dont want to deal with them, but they have tried to get me to sale them and give them the money. than I find out that it's not even listed that the bank has a lean..?.. yet the bank has been chargeing me interest this whole time but I haven't recieved anything from them sence this whole mess started and when I fired my first attorney, the bank got the judge to award a judgement against me for this loan plus interest plus a 10,000.00 bank attorney fee for him writing up a few papers. (a certain hand motion comes to mind) anyway, so last year I desided this is just wrong that I'm haveing to barrow money to pay taces on this place that not even livable as is, so I dont and the city doesn't sale it on the court house steps like I thought they would, but the bank who told me several times while I had no lawyer that they were just going to write it all off never did and now again have wanted me to sale it and give them the money. seems kind pf unfair that a bank wont forclose and have somehow not even shown the city that they have a lein on this victorian home yet have been chargeing me interest on it. plus they never even inspected it prior to the transaction like they were supposed to, or said they dudn't when it was found to have a mold problem but they did charge me for that inspection than sent me a letter saying they just applied it to my dept because they didn't do the inspection.?? they also supposedly inspected the second home. so anyway, what will the city do? well they sale my victoeian this year? will they disclose to the buyers that it will make them ill and could even kill someone? I was told just to sale it " as is " and that would release me from responcablity, but I just dont think thats right and I just cant do that. let's get real, saleing a home as is and sale a toxic hime that well harm someone are to different things. because the truth about toxic mold health effects is played down to the public theres a hudge possability that someone would by it thinking mold cant hurt them and not even remediate ut before trying to live in it. and heres the city inspector telling me mold cant hurt anyone.. if the city sells this home I think they well be faceing a lawsuit in the near future. a home that they wouldn't drop the taxes on because they said ir's srill worth alot of money.but well sale for the taxes if I dont pay them. I well make it my personal goal to educate the buyers on the health effects of toxic mold which probably wont take a lot of convienceing if they move in as is because they will be suffering the effects of exposure within a very short period of time.
