I KNOW I have heard this one before, but can't seem to get it together today

to find it.

TCOM??

I think you might be looking for P-COM. This came up in my dictation a while

back, and this is how the doc advised to type it. If you go to AltaVista and

put p-com artery in the search with no quotes or dashes you will bring up a

bunch of sites. You might want to look at some of those to see how it is

typed in those.
