No to clear out excess RT3 you need to stop all T4

from going into the

body as that is what it is made from, usually when T4 is not converting

properly to T3 is when this problems happens.

I have been on it 8 months but only because I have felt pretty good on

it. I think you can clear out excess RT3 in about 3-4 months. Then it

also depends on what caused your RT3 in the first place. If it was a

cortisol imbalance, you need ot make sure that is corrected before going

back to Armour.
