Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 Val, I'm on 32.5 HC (dosed 10-10-7.5-2.5-2.5) and 62.5 cynomel (dosed 25- 12.5-25). I have been graphing my temps since 11/27/07 and if you look at my chart, they swing up and down like crazy. Within the last few days, they have been 98.6, 98.6, 98.3, 98.4, 98.7, 98.6, 98.2, 98.5. I have to tell you that we have major stressors in our lives right now... daughter divorced and didn't tell us for one year, my husband and I trying to work out major issues (he's wonderful and supportive). These are all things that I can not cut out of my life, but have to learn to cope with effectively. One important point: I recently stopped taking Iodoral (iodine), so this might play into the low temps (I took a iodine loading test last year and was very low with iodine before taking Armour or HC). Since stopping the Iodoral, I have the itchy inner thighs and low energy again, so I will probably take it again and have it tested again.
