Guest guest
After a failed clearance mold test, the remediater's proposal stated he will remove more drywall and insulation and reclean the air blower and may be air coil ( if it is dirty ) in my basement, but I need to sign off the paper ( for Insurance to pay him all the remaining remediation work money) first, before he even starts the final clean up. And, I need to pay him extra money for this final clean up. I think it will make sense for me to retest the mold level after his final clean up, and it is OK, then I sign off the paper. And, I don't see the reason for paying extra money out of my pocket when he just finishing up his failed remediation. I have had ear infections, sore throat, sore arms, and bleeding issues even after the mold had been remediated. Please help. hope
