I think I've read in Dr. McCandless' book that the pellets are better

but you have to take a lot and they have a soapy taste.

I've used the Ecological Monolauin since my child does not swallow pills.

Pellets are best but not everyone can get them down

You found the Lauricidin flared the yeast? I thought it was supposed to be an

anti-fungal. Just curious and thanks!! We fight yeast a lot here and I didn't

realize that could be contributing!
