Guest guest Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 As a teacher who became disabled after building exposures I asked my attorney to let the students and their parents testify in my case. He said that it is useless if the students' doctors don't connect the dots and say on the medical record that their illnesses came from the building. Any thoughts on this? I have to find another attorney and I am wondering if I should request that those injured in the building get a chance to testify. Anyone know about this detail? Thank you!
