Guest guest
Four years ago I asked my lawyer if I could get an independent building inspection of my sick building. He said, " You don't have the money to do it right. " Now he isn't taking my case to trial so I need to find another lawyer. My question is...legally, doesn't one have the right to do an independent inspection of the building one became disabled in, and is there a time legally when it must be done by? Another question...is there a group like Lawyers for Public Interest that can assist with the financing of this endeavour for people who have to live on disability due to their workplace injuries in public buildings? Any input is welcomed. Thank you
