Hello friends,

I wrote last week about winning my case - and I see

that someone has already posted the article about my

mold exposure at Rockland Community College (Thank you

Tigerpaw2C!) :)

While the article isn't 100% accurate (what article

is?), I'm glad they took me up on being interviewed

and that the local legislator is addressing it on

Tuesday. Pls send good vibes, and if you're in the

area, feel free to come by (I'll be late - have a

meeting I can't get out of, but my colleague and

fellow sufferer, will be there on time).

Good health to you all!

Missy

Dear Missy,

I am very happy and thankful for your victory!  Thank you for sharing this with

us!  Your victory is a great encouragement for all of us.  I'd like to ask you

if you could possibly share a little about your physician, Dr. Szeinuk, what it

was like to get his help and how he helped you.  Also, are you at liberty to

share with me the name/names of your attorney/attorneys and their contact

information?  I too am in litigation with my son's high school's board of

education because of  the mold contamination in that building.  Any of your help

and advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you and God Bless you Missy.

Hi ,

Thank you. Dr Szeinuk is from Mt Sinai's Environmental and occupational

Diseases - and

treats World Trade Center patients. His specialization is respiratory issues. He

is based out

of NYC and Yonkers - will take at least 2 months to get an appt, but if you ask

them to fax

you the blood panel request you can have your dr run it and you can bring it to

the appt.

He is the kindest, most gentle Dr - truly a gem. Email me privately if you want

any more

info.

The attorney was from a local shop - I am not sharing their name bc I'm not

happy with

several things that have happened, despite my win. My win was largely due to MY

persistence and documentation. I don't mean to be disrespectful of them, but

they are not

any more useful than any other attorney who understands the WC system. I am not

trying

to toot my own horn, but I don't want people calling them with false hopes.

Having 9 plus

people follow with WC cases at the college, plus my strong medical evidence and

a long

history (10 years plus) of mold and issues in the bldg is why I won that round.

Again,

email me privately if you have questions about it.

I had sent you a message privately a couple of weeks back ; i hope you got it.

Bless you and your beautiful son. Keep fighting! The truth will win, and if you

haven't

already - call the press!
