Guest guest
Hi Anita, The main difference is with saliva testing you get the results broken down at the various times of day while the urine test can only give one result over 24 hours. With urine you can be normal but have both high or low cortisol at certain times. The 24-hour urine is probably fine for testing Cushing patients.
