Guest guest
A friend sent this to me and I thought this preview might be of some help. This kind of litigation falls under the umbrella of Toxic Torts litigation. This is only a preview but might help with finding the right lawyer. Believe me, this is not the emphasis in environmental law. You might be horrified. Various states electric/ utility/ industrial companies are going to be bidding on buying " shares " for emissions. They will be monitored for their emissions. If they need more " emission " credits, they will have to " bid "  for them on a " secondary market. " The air quality interest is in outdoor - and not indoor (sick buildings) air.  This is obviously an over simplification about what is going on, but unfortunately, it is. There will be notice taken of emission reduction or more going green, but, it reminds me of an old case, that the awful smell in a town was the " smell of money " because it was the only industry which hired the jobless local people to work. -- a écrit :Objet: Chemical Injury and the Courts: A ... - Google Book SearchÀ: " ginloi " <ginloi@...> Date: Dimanche 29 Juin 2008, 9h44  http://books.google.com/books?hl=en & id=Pfp15YuUjZkC & dq=%22chemical+injury%22 & p\ rintsec=frontcover & source=web & ots=ChHodnoTlU & sig=Fdn3P16cKNdUINlIyN4KpbG1jyw#PPA\ 34,M1 _____________________________________________________________________________ Envoyez avec .
