Note: even if your Physician thought the symptoms came from the cheeseburger you ate that day, please include..........it's very important. (it's documentation that they witnessed these symptoms, no matter what the physician thought it was from)We are trying to show a pattern here...........Please take the time to voice your comments to heighten their awareness thank you
