Guest guest
I would suggest Organic Agave to sweeten your lemonade, tea, coffee, etc. - it sweetens like sugar but without all the negative side-effects. Use in moderation, of course. It can take up to four days for your body to fully digest high fructose corn syrup, as opposed to 24 hours to digest natural sugar. http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/nutrition/healthy-eating/high-fructose-corn-syrup-vs-corn-syrup-the-facts.html We buy log cabin syrup, that contains no high frutose corn syrup, you can sweeten your lemonade with PURE maple syrup.
