Guest guest
From Sharon Kramer Dear All, While I am still reeling from the shock of being chacterized as trailer trash (when I don’t even own a trailer), redneck woman with two big ole dawgs, bright red lips, a cigarette hanging from my foul mouth while my fat fingers obsessively blog lies from the dark, dirty hovel my fat, saggy ass has been holed up in for past four years, I have to look at the bright side of the matter. Out of adversity comes change. I am right about the deceit in science that has caused so many sick people to be unable to obtain proper medical care. And the reason for this is that a medical association - with a long, dubious history of publishing industry friendly science – and a think tank, along with the most powerful industry lobbying group in the world, the US Chamber of Commerce, have legitimized the science penned by an old Tobacco scientist, and then mass promoted his feat of scientific magic that has harmed the lives of many. Mr. Langerman’s comment says it all: “Mr. Heimpel states: 'Kramer still claims that Kelman and his two co-authors base their conclusion on mathematical extrapolations from a single rat study. In fact, they base their findings on numerous studies of rats and mice performed by other scientists.' This statement is inaccurate. Ms. Kramer is correct that the threshold limit for toxic effects which is the basis for Dr. Kelman’s conclusion that indoor exposures to mold pose no meaningful risk to healthy individuals was based on an extrapolation from a single study involving rats.†As such, I refuse to sign any piece of paper that states, “To my knowledge, their (VeriTox) testimony and advice are based on their expertise and objective understanding of the underlying scientific data.†This statement is directly contradictory to what I have told the Congress, the Senate and the Federal GAO about the deceit in science over the mold issue that harms us all as a society. So, thank all of you for your kind words over the past few trying days and in the words of Tom Petty: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isKvVN8MXC8 Posted on Sunday, July 27, at 6:03 am by Mrs. Sharon Kramer LAWeekly Website: _http://www.laweekly.com_ (http://www.laweekly.com) **************Get fantasy football with free live scoring.
