Guest guest
I have a small black speck on my lower leg that appeard about a couple of months ago. I took some tweezers and pulled it out. It left a small hole. Upon close inspection with a magnifying glass, it looks like a piece of monofilament fishing line, around 8 lb. test and was about 1/8 in. in length (I used to fish when i wasn't sick). It's back! and I'm NOT pulling it out this time, since I have an upcomming Dr. Appt. this week! He can pull it out. I have a picture of this " thing " . I'll upload it if i can in the picture section. the picture was taken when I first noticed it back in May. > From: who <jeaninem660@...> > Subject: [] Re: vasculitis/skin sores - Cheryl > > Date: Saturday, July 19, 2008, 12:13 > > have they deturmined that it's caused by fungi? >

Guest guest
Are you sure that this was not an impacted or ingrown hair follicle? Could you fill us in a little bit more about your dermatologist, biopsy, etc? What kind of testing was done?
