PS: I failed to mention women are going back to work faster after giving birth

to a child due to need and employer’s not holding their jobs while they attend

to their new born child. Surely our polices in regards to families make one

think. There must be more intelligent life on another planet? Surely, we are

not it.

Just my humble opinion.
