Tracie,

I am not sure if I did reply directly to you with my thank you note.

So, thank you again, for all your intput, all ideas you sent me yesterday, I got

some of stuff you wrote about already, I still need to get some more.

I am still hesitating of switching suddenly from Miralax to Natural

Calm.......although I was so convinced yesterday. Mostly, it's because of that

unexpected bleeding this morning (altough I found a small thrombosed area close

to my anus/rectum, (ext. hemmorhoid, only, I hope, since I had the same issue

before), that is bleeding, probably from all the straining when I was not taking

Miralax for 2 dyas). What if Natural won't work for me ? I thinking perhaps I

still should take Miralax till it heals and won't bleed and then switch to

Natural Calm.

I also checked the stores for arnica gel and calendula cream, but our pharmacy

/Safeway, Wallmart don't have it. I checked the web, there are some companies

that ship it, so it will take some time. So far, I just put some preparation H

on it. Hopefully it will heal soon. :(.

That's so far my experience with stopping Miralax cold turkey.

I absolutely need something......

I am at stage right now, where I am afraid to put anything to my mouth.

I know I am creating a lot of stress by myself, but am not able to handle it

emotionally anymore. :(.

And honestly, if I won't get any more answers, I fully understand, because I

know, I feel, that all this situation (I am unwillingly creating) is not normal.

There are many more horrid situations in this world, much worse, than this my

problem, yet, for me it's a nightmare.

Thank you for listening.

You said you eat a lot of veggies. Look into which veggies have soluble fiber vs those with insoluble fiber. Stick w/ those with soluble fiber.See article: http://chriskresser.com/got-digestive-problems-take-it-easy-on-the-veggies To: miralax Sent: Friday, August 3, 2012 7:14 PM

Thank you. I am eating mostly lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green red peppers,

asparagus, brocolli, then fruits, as avocado, kiwi, mango, peaches, cherries,

pears.

That's basically what I eat most of the time. All that should be high in soluble

fiber, as I checked.
