Guest guest
All at the same time. kill, bind, pull out. I'll have no comments from the peanut gallery on the last part. LOL. From: unitedstatesvet <unitedstatesvet@...> Subject: [] Anti fungals & CSM Date: Wednesday, July 23, 2008, 8:59 AM Ok so who has this answer. While taskeing the anti fungals do you alternate that with the CSM or do you finish the anti fungals then start the CSM. Is this a detail that depends on which anti fungal you are taskeing? I could use an answer as soon as possiable. Thanks everyone. Chris...

Guest guest
EE, Why don't you take them at same time? I don't mean swallow them together but seems you should be helping your liver to pull out toxins daily as you are killing fungus. > > I alternate them. Guest guest
Dr. Shoemaker states that " if you are not taking CSM 4 times daily, you are not getting better. " CSM slowly removes the toxins in your bile, so you should continue to take it ALL the time...no matter what else you are taking...antifungal do not remove the toxins that continue to circulate in the fats in your body... > > Ok so who has this answer. Guest guest
You recirculate 99% of your bile (and thus toxins). CSM irreversibly binds 3-6% of your bile but then you have to create fresh bile. A better option may be zeolite from recent reading I've been doing. There is a huge amount of animal literature on it. It adsorbs heavy metals, mycotoxins, and more. It is not constipating as CSM is. Guest guest
Good point. You can reduce the dose depending on your symptoms. As you state, the air is typically cleaner in the winter months, so you could reduce to 1 or 2 doses. It's all in how your body feels. Also, I'd watch out for the sucrose in the presciption version. I later found out I have Lyme and possibly some co-infections. And sugar feeds the bacteria. I always wondered why my feet hurt after taking it. Now I take Welchol, which is comes in pill form and contains no sugar...
