I certainly know how they feel but they also have the money and many

contacts to help them out. Not many of us can tear down a house and rebuild. I

wish

them all the best.

We are all in this together.

I have a feeling that we all know how they feel..

Mold never sleeps...

I heard RFK Jr. lecture some years ago at Adelphi U giving the intro

speech at a conference on pediatric health. He has a child so

asthmatic that he has rushed the youngster to ER on many occasions

and had to make major environmental adaptations for him.

Wonder if they lived in that house back when the baby was born?

I thought the very thing when I read that they were going to recycle items

from the home. They don't realize what a huge mistake that is. They need to

learn the facts and take nothing with them.

Sue

the Kennedys are recycling every nail and

> piece of plasterboard from their old place.

This part is scary! Does anyone want to send the family any articles?

They say plaster doesn't grow mold unless there is dust on it, then it

will grow anywhere.

They shouldn't do that. Moldy dust can stick to screws and nails and

when imbedded into new walls can cause a problem. llaci

Sue/ALL:

Sorry, I do not feel one ounce of pity for Kennedy, Jr. He knows very

well about micro fungi, mycotoxins, and VOC and particulates, and that nothing

should be recycled at all. We sent him a great deal of information (scientific)

years ago on this subject in attempting to help us in Washington D.C. To date,

I have never received a phone call or any response on his part. If he has done

something about the health and safety issues, I have heard nothing at all about

it thus far from anyone.

I do like the idea that he has leveled the house and will rebuild " green. "

Well, if that's the case then I totally agree! Wish he would listen, learn

the facts and then be a spokesperson for the war against mold. It would sure

be a huge help to everyone. Great he has the money to rebuild not everyone is

so fortunate.

I'd gladly send him a copy of Dr. Shoemaker's book if I knew his address.
