Question about mold colonization

Hi Folks: I have read here on a number of occasions about

mold " colonization " (dont know if I spelled that correctly.) If you

have mold coloizing in your lungs or sinuses, is it something that

would show up on an x-ray and if not, how do they make the diagnosis?
