I hurts to wear glasses, brush my hair, wear barettes or pony tail and even hurts to just lean on my face or lay down... and my head throbs when I stand up... I'll diffinitely check out the sites that you posted. Guest guest
Bonnie, sorry you are here but glad you found us. KC and Sharon are the best, they have gone beyond their call of duty to provide people with sick building syndrome a place to come together and try ti understand what has happened to us, not a easy thing when most pf us suffer brain damage to some level. when no one else well listen at least we have each other, to vent, cry, sometimes even a good laugh. sometimes argue, just like family does, hate to think of where I'd be without the group. and yes, same thing here with the ponytails, ect. are you washing your sinuses a few times a day? I use pickle canning salt and distilled water. if you are getting some of those headackes related to sinus problems I've found that deep sinuses washing at least twice a day has help ward off many headackes in the forehead. sometimes I can catch them before they get full blown by washing my sinuses out. hope this helps --- In , " bonniel215 " <bonniel215@...> wrote: > > I've had an almost constant headache for quite some time, any > pressure to my head or face adds to the pain. Guest guest
For years, living in a moldy house-the hairdresser said i had the tenderest head she had ever seen. Also, I used to be a person that most pain never bothered. Now-the smallest infraction is very painfull- trying to find a non-painfull spot fpr my IV reatments is difficult. : > > Yes, have had tender spots on my head and all over my body but that's
Guest guest
, Are you going to take vitamin IV therapy? > >> trying to find a non-painfull spot fpr my IV reatments is difficult. >
Guest guest
I am getting intravienous Alpa Lopeic Acid treatment-along with glutithione and Low dose Naltrexone. The Dr has a PHD in mycology-along with the MD-he can re-grow your liver or toes with this-but he does not think ,at this point, that he can stop the imflamatory response to mold- that is what I am seekin-the holy grail. I have gone increasingly downhill-it only takes 2 spores puttin out a little toxin to make me severly sick. I must now live mostly out of doors, in the desert. If anyone has a clue how to stop it from happening-but then that is what everyone on this site wants.> , Are you going to take vitamin IV therapy? > >

Guest guest
Bonnie, have you had a sinus culture done yet? may want to do that first to show fungus types that may be in there. if you are going to a specialest you may want to ask if they want to get a culture before you start washing your sinuses. ? the pockleing canning salt is in the with other canning products, shouldn't be hard to find, make sure it plain, nothing wlse in there, I think thats the only kind but haven't canned for awhile so I don't know. you can get a neti pot or there is those little squeasy bulbs with little plastic cups you can mix it in and suck up in the bulb and use. theres also a attachment that goes on a water pick(pulsating water pressure) that some use, dont recall the name. theres several ways to go abodo it and with time you well figerout what works best for you. instuctions with the neti pots. I sometimes just bend over the sink and do each side, just let it run through, mouth open and relaxed. moveing the mucles in the cheeks and nose area can help. if you go get a culture done they may wash your sinuses too. it can be pretty painful the first few times depending on whats going on up in there but it get's better. if you amagion your head is laying on one side on a table, thats a pretty good position for useing the squeasy bulb, let it soak there a few seconds or if it burns, as long as you can take it, than lean over and blow it out, repeat. after you do this you have have losened gunk make it's way down the back of your throat, spit it out, thats a good sign you did some cleaning. it kind of depends on sinus troubles so you may want to just start with the neti pot and see how that helps. theres probably better instrucyions online somewhere. --- In , " bonniel215 " <bonniel215@...> wrote: > > Thanks Jeanine, > > Could you explain how to do sinus washing?.. and where should I look > for pickle canning salt? >
