This is a " Fetal cardiac ultrasound - real-time, color Doppler " and I'm really stuck here ...

" The pt is 33 weeks 2 days amenorrheic. Regular cardiac activity is at a rate of 134 bpm. Situs Solitus. Appropriate echo texture to the myocardium, atrioventricular (?) and (s/l semin__ ovalis ???). Normal four-chamber cardiac morphology and cardiac outflow tracts. Antegrade flow within the outflow tracts and ductus arteriosus. No defects within the interventricular nor interatrial septum. The SVC and IVC drain into the right atrium. Right and left pulmonary veins drain into the left atrium (s/l suggesting ?) good cardiac function. "

I rarely, if ever, do cardiology and just can't pick this up. Doc says nothing except " and " after atrioventricular which throws me, and he slurs big time on " s/l semin____ valis " (which is actually all that I could decipher.

Would really appreciate any help on this and, if needed, perhaps a little re-wording?

Thanks to all,

shelley w.
