-excellent book !!!!!!!! Can you tell, i liked it?

It has really got me going! I was sort of cruise

control until I read this book, Now I am in the

fast lane, armed and dangerous, with the help in

her book !!!!!!!!!! Dr Amy Yasko has it goin' on.

Are you following he protocol alone without DAN dr? Are the

supplements very expensive or about the same as the others? Did you

do some tests before?
