Guest guest
First flaw I see - " DRY the wet carpet. " I don't think so! Even the EPA says it has to be REMOVED out after 48 hours. Second, kids don't have " spontaneous " nose bleeds for nothing. Or chronic headaches and nausea. Third - a 31 year old " portable? " - " Portables " are made for " temporary " use. But the newer ones might have that nasty formaldehyde laden, cheap particle board and might be worse. " Independent? " report. Paid for by the school system? Where is the other testing done by a group chosen by the Teachers Union or Parents? Why isn't the newspaper asking for the " second " opinion? If there are kids that are sick, they need to keep " digging " to find out the cause. The potential " Defendant " - That says to " DRY " the carpet? Right. 60% humidity and 75 degrees seem on the " high end " to me. The kids must be falling asleep. Whole classes of kids don't feign illness. Must be " malingering " children. (Pardon my sarcasm.) And the dog ate the homework! > > Thursday, July 10, 2008 > Independent study finds acceptable air at elementary school > > Kemptown's portables deemed safe from health risks for students > Business Gazette - Gaithersburg,MD* > by Mullen | Staff Writer > > http://www.gazette.net/stories/071008/newmnew193733_32360.shtml > > An independent study of the air quality inside six portable > classrooms at Kemptown Elementary School in Monrovia has found no > significant conditions that could pose health risks to students. > >
