Dear Sir or Madam,

This email is to inform you that you are citing a known litigation defense

argument that is frequently used against those made ill from mold exposure.

This paper that you cite as authoritative has done much harm to the sick by

causing them to be unable to obtain viable medical treatment from physicians

when

injured by mold exposure.

Linked or attached to this email is:

1. A front page Wall Street Journal article regarding the conflicts of

interest of this and it's sister paper, the American College of Occupational and

Environmental Medicine Mold statement.

2. An email from a co-author of the paper you cite, requesting his name be

withdrawn from the document.

3. The Center for Science in the Public Interest, Washington DC, writing of

the conflicts of interest of this paper you cite as a legitimate scientific

reference.

4.A letter to the editor of the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology -

AAAAI's journal - signed by over 100 physicians requesting the retraction

of this paper as a position statement.

5.Twelve letters published in the JACI in protest of this litigation defense

argument position paper.

As the Aspergillus Trust is a non-profit meant to help the mold injured, not

harm them, a correction to promoting the AAAAI mold position paper as

legitimate science would be appropriate in your online newsletter.
