Guest guest
Hello, all! We have a 5 year old, autistic son. We've been doing biomedical treatments since he was 1 1/2 years old. I've been thinking about antiviral treatment for a while now. We had the typical regression after his MMR. He gets frequent cold sores on his mouth. I noticed today that he has some small sores around his mouth/not on the mouth. They're either little red bumps or look like tiny whiteheads. I also noticed he has a sore in his nose and 2 more on the tip of his nostril (same nostril that has the sore in it). He was having nice somewhat formed poop, but today he had 4 that were pretty loose and smelled really funky. The poop leaves a horrible flat rash on his bum. He's had this rash before and after so many of these poops, his bum will bleed a little. Of course, there is a stomach virus going around his class... But- I find it odd that he has not gotten sick yet, this school year. He is in a class with 6 other autistic boys and 7 teachers and they have all been sick. They've passed around a stomach bug with diarrhea, one with vomiting (half the kids and teachers got that one), a cold and then another round of diarrhea. But, he has not been sick once. The only thing I noticed were a few days where he acted like he didn't feel good, but no fever. His poops weren't so good those days either. Oh and he's been on Diflucan for a few months to keep our yeast problem away, so I know the rash on his bum is not yeast. So, not sure what to think. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
