Well I'm not sure what they mean but I think they may be talking about

being in sympathetic overdrive--like fight or flight syndrome. And you

need to do things to get into parasympathetic, to calm down. There are

various ways to do that. I find that heat helps (I use a buckwheat

" heating pad " that I Put in the microwve and lay it on my spine.

Restful naptime, meditation, peace, quiet. Magnesium supplements can

help (calming). Very strong chamomile tea (4 teabags in one cup,

steeped well) as that has natural benzo like chemicals, relaxes you.

Hi Diane,

Lately, I've heard of chronic insomnia even among folks with no mold

exposure. This might possibly be due to microwaves (ELF) from cell

towers if you live near one - or from radar stations that can blast

them out in a 100 mile radius.

Don't forget the nattokinase 100mgs twice a day.  I just started taking it,

wow!  it cleans the fibron from your blood.  my pain level is still bad but its

better.  I even bleed better. 

It supportts detox and circulation.  for the first time in a year i feel like

things are flowing better.

Cholestyramine, taurine, 5-HTP, GABA, melatonin, and (low dose,

non-time released) niacin all can help with insomina..
