And you need to do things to get into parasympathetic, to calm down. There are various ways to do that. I find that heat helps (I use a buckwheat " heating pad " that I Put in the microwve and lay it on my spine. Restful naptime, meditation, peace, quiet. Magnesium supplements can help (calming). Very strong chamomile tea (4 teabags in one cup, steeped well) as that has natural benzo like chemicals, relaxes you. > > Hi Folks: I have recently had alot of trouble with insomnia. This might possibly be due to microwaves (ELF) from cell towers if you live near one - or from radar stations that can blast them out in a 100 mile radius. I just started taking it, wow! it cleans the fibron from your blood. my pain level is still bad but its better. I even bleed better. It supportts detox and circulation. for the first time in a year i feel like things are flowing better.
