Smarthome's prices are often too high..

Shop around, you will often find a much better price than they have on

things. (but they do have a lot of stuff..)

We have a timer on our bathroom fan that is made by Intermatic.. its a 60

minute one originally intended for hot tubs/saunas.. we bought it at a

hardware store.. it was around $20-30
