Hi everyone,

Well we have had over 10 inches of rain since 8AM this morning and I feel every drop. I am having to take Tylox for pain that is breaking through the Oxycontin.

Has anyone experienced periodic numbness on their back? I have noticed that there is an area on the left side of my spine, opposite of my lower ribs, that is numb. It seems to be happening from sitting up. Also there are a couple of areas on my legs, feet and arms that I just can't feel. This just started last night and I was wondering if it has something to do with the rain.

Of note is the fact that night before last I turned my head to the right and heard/felt a terrible snap. I about fell out of the chair from the pain and it didn't last long. Now anytime I move my head too fast the room seems like it is spinning. I woke up this morning with an incredible pain in the back of my neck and once of those infamous cough headaches. (Why do we call them headaches? It is more like head pains)

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I couldn't get through the day without this group and I want all of you (even the lurkers) to know this.

Hugs to all,

Lucy

PS- Warning in advance- all of this pain medication makes me pretty sappy. Just wanted to let ya'll know.
