does CSM work in a way that even if you didn't take it every day, that

you could take it if you knew you had to go somewhere and would likely

get exposed to something? if you take it ahead on time does it help

that way?

I'm confused. What is compounded CSM? How does it differ from what my doc

prescribed me--basically a powder in a quaker-oatmeal-type tin with a scoop

inside. Thanks. -AN

Within minutes of CSM cleared head fog lifted. The 1st time I was okay, the 2nd

compounded. It's an amazing med for those who tolerate it.

Compounded Nystatin is helping. As an alternative to CSM I take pygnogenol. They

work the same way but CSM is much stronger.

I had improvements w virastop for viruses/biofilm Candidase w it for mold/yeast.

AN, Some people get prescriptions to get the CSM made without the added dyes,

aspartame or sugars since you can put it in juice or applesauce, sweetners not

needed and not desireable. It is basically same thing other than that.

For the 1st 8 weeks of using CMS I was fatigued (the fatigue started the 2nd

week) and still had symptoms but now at 2 3/4 months into CMS I am so much

better.  Last night I slept 6 hrs straight w/o a trip to the bathrm.  My IC

was incredibly bad prior to CMS with horrible pain & urgency sometimes every 15

min.  I was mold exposed and had migraines often with throwing up.  I have a

dreaded gene 4-3-53 but am getting better.  It was not an easy detox.  I had a

mold exposure for 3 consecutive days last week which gave me 3 days of

migraines.  For the last 3 days I am OK, I bounced back fast.  I am in the

process of sorting through my possessions exposed in mold so I had exposure.  I

use the N-95 mask which seems to work but I did not wear it a couple of times

and oops got hit!  I had migraines since 1983 right after severe head injury

auto accident and IC since 2002/3.  Living in the FL Keys and So FL I was

exposed to a lot of mold, so hard

to prevent.  I accumulated a lot of neurotoxins during that time and whenever

I was in an obvious moldy environment the migraines were extreme with

vomiting.  When I had this last exposure and consequently migraines they were

less severe and no vomiting.  Dr. Shoemaker told me he thought I had a

pituitary hormone problem caused from the toxins preventing my kidneys to hold

onto water causing my killer headaches b/c of dehydration. He thought my

diagnosis of migraines was wrong.  They occur on the one side and are awful,

I was bedridden with most of them.  Well, the blood test proved Dr. S right

and now since the CMS my kidney is holding more water than before.  It is a

slow recovery but at least I see improvement and am very hopeful.
