Guest guest
http://www.mold-survivor.com/chronicfatigue.html I was just explaining what it feels like for me to even walk from one room to another. I asked her to remember back in her childhood when she had gone swimming fro hours, playing and splashing, jumping up and down. I then asked her to remember that feeling as she exited the water, how very heavy your body feels. She said she remembered that feeling. So I told her to imagine that feeling 100 times more stronger, as if gravity is 100 times more than it should be. Thats how it feels for me. If I raise my arm just once, it feels like I've lefted it for 2 days straight without a break! And if I go from one room to another, I need to sit down in a hurry or else I will end up on the floor.
