Hi Tori,

I can totally relate to how relieved you feel today. I know how you have been

counting the

days. Our last school day is not until the last day in June, and now I have had

to take on

full time support role for next year from half time as my husband has been out

of work for

over a year. Not sure how I will fit in the commitment to continue being there

for Mom,

year after year. I went into half time work as I burned out doing the full time

and being

there for Mom so will truly have to pace myself.

Meanwhile, your FIlL will definitely benefit from your time devoted to him.

Enjoy the time

with him as you envision.

As well, I hope your daughter rebounds successfully from her surgery. I hope

this is the

end of it for her and she can achieve a life free from from pain with better

mobility.

Your writing career sounds exciting and power to you! So many positives

happening for

you. You go girl!

3 1/2 years ago LBD diagnosis, evident much longer in hindsight.

Encouraged to give up her licence 6 years ago.

Currently immobile, in tilt wheelchair, spoonfed pureed food. Spends most of

days behind

closed eyes.

Eltroxin, Tylenol 500 mg 3-4 times a day

Daugher of Leonard, diag May 2004, had lbd since 1993, had hip surgery from fall

7/05, aspiration pneumonia 7/05 with pulmonary embolyis, had aspiration

pneumonia and uti 8/05, died of blood pressure drop on 9/25/05,

may he rest in peace with his mom and dad,
