Guest guest
I was living in San Diego on 9/11. My alarm went off early that morning....and the normal joking-funny DJ's on Jeff and Jer's morning radio show had a tone of shocked silence...I quickly turned on the TV in enough time to see the 2nd plane hit the World Trade Towers. Immediately, my phone rang. My friend and neighbor called because she was told that her husband was one of the pilots on the hijacked planes. Fortunately, his plane was not hijacked...he was spared but he knew those who died on the American Airline planes. Another friend was at the world Trade Towers on business.....they told him to stay put after the hit. He didn't and this decision saved his life. He suffered greatly by what he saw (Post Traumatic Stress). Too many of my friends suffered that day. I will never forget. I am proud of how America poured out their love. I pray that this will never happen again. CharmaineI
