Guest guest
Barb, I so agree. My only (and it is an opinion) comment for you about the attic thing is if you have any vents I believe it is a must to also have an attic fan. That way you keep air circulation going. It still is a toss up not knowing the facts, do you circulate outside air through a dark attic or do you close it up and leave the air stale. The latter being the worst in my opinion but I dont know. I think in the end, when I am able to get my metal building (or whatever I do) I never want an attic again, or a crawl space or basement. (or a house, or walls, or water....lol) anyway since I like the mountains so much anyway, The comments I have read about the elevation being a factor with dust mites, humidity etc. That is where I will end up in the summer anyway. Im saying that like I can afford to move around and all. I sure hope your remediation goes well and you can begin to heal. If there is one thing (which is and absurd statment there are many) thing I have learned here is that you cannot do enough research and in the end its up to you. Nobody else is going to give a rats DNA. It is hard enough to make yourself care sometimes. So best of luck to you in that. Chris... P.S. K.C and Sharon. I better hear that you are enjoying your 4th or I am going to scold you for tending to the group tonight. Happy 4th too you and as always thank you for all you do. I'm just suspicious because it's July and July/Aug/Sept have been difficult months for me and my house for last few years. I'm going to get the super dehumidifier/ air cleaner for my basement and in next few weeks to month finishing up remediation in attic, so hopefully that will take care of everything. It's going slowly since I research every detail because I don't trust anyone anymore to do anything right. Just putting in attic vents started all this trouble, too many of them, but even one wasn't necessary. I just took their word for it. I'll never do that again, take anyone's word for anything unless I don't have time to do otherwise, like in the hospital...which I hope I never end up in. > > Are you on any meds now? Sometimes when your liver is messed up or when you liver is working overtime for whatever reason it can cause sleepiness and exhaustion. Just a thought. > Elias
