Guest guest
It is not an issue of going....nor can she chose who to go to. IT is an issue of having some federal not state citation that the IME dr can not cause her to have an exacerbation of symptoms. She is very sauvy having worked for the gov. for years, she knows the routine. The tenet of first do no harm is not applicable when it comes to the feds requesting the IME's. She needs a black and white rule that she can show that he can not force her to do the methochine challenge. Everything else is null and void in this instance. Guest guest
You realize that to many in the medical profession who are not well informed about this issue, that might mean something like " member in good standing of ACOEM " ? Or an equivalent.. Just a heads up, the ACOEM has been the subject of a lot of controversy. Their positions fly in the face of all of our experience as patients and a lot of doctors experience as treating physicians as well. IMO, Its WRONG.. Do you really want to go to THEM? What you probably would want to be seeing you is a mold savvy doctor.
