This may appear off -topic but the same principles to prevail legally are the

same in the toxic tort context and - MOLD is not an " island " - You still have to

go through the same process and the standards have to be met.  So, watch with a

critical eye - every toxic " exposure " case, to see what 'theories' are

applied.   People complain that lawyers don't understand their cases.

Principles of science and principles of evidence are applied in each case.

I just saw a CNN production on E-Coli - and the defense " song and dance " is

identical to what mold exposed are hearing.  Wait and see.  More studies and

research.  They have the answers before the questions are asked.  It is all

about risk-reduction in the market. Or, my favorite " we just aren't sure. "

Simple techniques for the farmers to keep the cows ( who produce e-coli) away

from the spinach crops.  And I saw they were giving acidophilus to the cows.

This - according to the report - reduced the amount of e-coli in the cows.  CNN

is running the program, which I found helpful.
