HEY ALL, I THINK I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING KNEW AND WONDERED IF

AMYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS.(sorry caps)

on my trip i had a little problem, quite embarrassing. I dont wear

shoes much in the summer, usually sandals, flipflops, ect.

the swelling with my feet and legs (i have noticed) always gets bad

during the summer.

I couldn't really tighten up the shoelaces because of my swelling

feet. anyway, you know how you have to take your shoes off at the

airport, well mine were putting off a unpleasant smell and it was

getting worse pretty quick.

after wearing them 2 days my feet started burning. I've never had

foot fungus in my life but my feet were sweating with these shoes and

socks on and I had to toss them when I got home. now I got to

thinking about this and I recalled reading about how you actually can

detox through your feet(to some degree anyway). I always though foot

fungus happened more with leather shoes and I remember that last

summer I tossed a pair of leather sandals that were was causeing my

feet to burn in the areas where the leather contacted with the skin,

and just figured maybe I just couldn't wear leather shoes anymore.

but I'm thinking now that it may not matter what shoes it is but

instead is the sweating and whats coming out of me during these times

my feet and ankles are swelling. has anyone else dealt with this?
